Harbor Point is strategically located on Lake Ray Hubbard with excellent visibility and access to and from Interstate 30 and it is ½ mile east of the proposed 190 extension.

Bass Pro Shops will occupy approximately 120,000 square feet on the prominent northeast point of the property.

The Bass Pro facility will include docks and an 8,000 sf Islamorada Fish Company seafood restaurant. Bass Pro Shops is under construction and plans to open in the Fall of 2006.

The development will feature a main plaza, five waterfront restaurants and a hotel, all connected by a landscaped boardwalk, creating a very “pedestrian-friendly” environment.

Each restaurant will also have the ability to construct a deck/patio to take full advantage of the lakeside environment.

Bass Pro Shops will draw an estimated 3 million customers annually from all of North and Northeast Texas.
